Using the online form, simply put together up to $1,300.00 worth of product and click submit, and we will get your customized pack out to you. If you do not see the email right away, please check your spam/junk folder as it may have gone there.
Customization may include up to 8 lb. Sequoia Dry Food and 12 cans of Sequoia Wet Food, but no more. If you would like less or no Sequoia Food products, you may replace them with any other products.
